The Forward Pass Cowl pattern was designed in a collaboration with UP North Yarns in celebration of the American football season. The cowl is worked in DK weight mini skeins of yarn from the 2026 Pigskin Party Mini Skein Set, or choose two or more team colors of DK or light worsted weight yarn to represent your team.

The cowl is worked bottom up and finishes with a neck casing and drawstring. The stitch pattern passes a lifted yarn over, past two stitches to represent a forward pass just as a football quarterback passes the football forward to a teammate.

Seven 20 gram (46 yard) mini skeins
