As yarnbombers we frequently need colourful bunting to add to our installs. We designed this granny triangle as a quick and easy pattern for all skills levels which can be made from odds and ends of yarn. Bunting triangles can be joined and hung in many ways and these are designed to be strung on a fabric tape or string for hanging. This means they can easily be restrung in different colour combinations or lengths - a very functional feature for yarnbombing.

Two patterns are included, one in US terms, the other in UK terms. There is also a variation with a scalloped edge included in both patterns.

Using an 8ply yarn and 4.5mm hook, the bunting triangles work up to approx 14 cm wide. A plain triangle uses approx 7g of yarn, scalloped edge uses approx 9g.
