Four Sticks uses fingering weight yarn held double with four contrasting colors used to create a fun 80s vibe. This is a great pattern to use mini skeins of your favorite colors on, or just use up those leftover sock scraps on! And since the yarn is held double, the hat knits up considerably faster!

Have DK weight instead? No problem!

Sample used Sun Valley Fibers MCN fingering held double in:
MC: Quicksilver (240 yards)
CC1: Checkmate (10 yards)
CC2: Cousteau (10 yards)
CC3: Keylime (10 yards)
CC4: Carrot Top (10 yards)

Some testers used more of the Contrasting Colors. Make sure that you have 20 yards of each to be safe!
