Materials and tools you will need:

• any yarn in orange, blue, green and white colors for the fox and the clothes (I used 100% acrylic yarn, 100g/300m);
• small amount of yarn in red, orange, yellow, green, blue, dark blue, purple colors for the umbrella (I used 100% acrylic yarn, 100g/300m);
• matching crochet hook (I used 1.75 mm);
• wire – the diameter and quantity depends on the size of your toy – I used approximately 50 cm (19.6 inches) of wire 1.5 mm in diameter for the toy, approximately 13 cm (5.1 inches) of wire 1.5 mm in diameter for the umbrella, approximately 42 cm (16.5 inches) of wire 1.0 mm in diameter for the umbrella;
• a pair of black half beads for the eyes (I used 5 mm in diameter);
• black embroidery thread for the nose (or you can use a ready-made nose instead);
• transparent glue;
• glue gun;
• stuffing;
• fabric tape;
• a piece of white felt for the whites of the eyes;
• tapestry needle;
• ribbons and flowers to decorate the hat (optional);
• 3 buttons for decoration (I used 5 mm in diameter);
• a piece of straw – I cut 1.5-2 cm (0.6-0.8 inches) long (the diameter of the straw should be enough to insert all stretchers and the stick – see Umbrella section for more detailed information);
• one bead for the top of the umbrella;
• six beads to decorate the umbrella.

Measurements:
I used 100% acrylic yarn 300 m/100 g and crochet hook 1.75 mm. The toy is 18 cm tall (7 inches) using the materials mentioned above.
