Sweater with a fringe edge, knitted top-down with straight sleeves. Try it on as you go so you feel satisfied with the size. Stop the raglan increases earlier if you want a tighter fit, or make a few more increases if you want it wider. If you want to taper the sleeves, you can do that as well.
