Fraser Fir Tree
This is my first crochet pattern and I hope you will enjoy it.
This is the first in a series of free filet crochet pattern blocks that I’m launching before Christmas 2024. Each block is a different Christmas tree. You can use these to make table runners, placemats, blankets or whatever you choose to.
Gauge is not important and whilst I have made mine in DK acrylic please feel free to make yours in any yarn of your choice with an appropriate hook for the yarn.
For info my stats were:
Each block is 30 stitches wide by 21 rows long.
Each block weighs 21g and used 61 metres of Yarnsmiths Create DK in Parchment. 290m/100g
Final measurements- Each block measures 26cm long by 20cm wide.
Gauge:15 sts x 10 rows= 10cmx 10cm, however, gauge is not crucial for this pattern.
I’d love to see your makes so please tag me on Instagram @crochetscot and #crochetscot.
