The Frear Runner’s Headband came from a need of warm ears while exercising. It was named by my Dad and is a compound word of ‘fringe’ and ‘ears’.

This pattern keeps your ears toasty warm and doesn’t disturb your fringe or hair. The back band is wide to grab onto with a bobby pin if needed, and the adjustable ties mean it can fit lots of different head sizes.

The Frear Runner’s Headband is an easily customisable pattern - use the schematic included to make any changes to size that you desire. It can be made longer through the back band, or wider at the ears.

Basic kfb, and R / L leaning decreases are used along with seed stitch. You will need to know what a knit and purl stitch look like to maintain the seed stitch pattern as it will alternate each row.

Now, move into the world of warm ears and perfect hair!
