Frede Cardigan
Frede Cardigan is a sweet, cropped summer cardigan featuring a delicate lace pattern. It is knitted in thick cotton with a fun, slightly uneven texture.
Frede Cardigan is worked top-down with raglan increases and a round neckline. The cardigan is worked flat, with raglan shaping and lace pattern bands arranged horizontally. Once the desired length is reached, a ribbed hem is added. Finally, stitches are picked up around the neckline and a short ribbed neckband is worked, finished with an Italian bind-off. There are no button bands — instead, buttonholes are incorporated along the front edge as the body is knitted.
