Yarn suggestions: Asylum Peruvian Worsted x3 or since the shop is still not fully up and running… a similar yarn that would work would be Knit Picks Wool of the Andes (especially the Persimmon)

Please note: I totally ran out of yarn while I was knitting this because of the move. (I was quite literally using only what I already had dyed, hence the colorway choice) So, in the photos I am missing the top cowl portion (8 inches). If you don’t want to do the top cowl portion simply bind off after you complete the charts.

Sadly, also due to the move, I was not able to do the felt pin embellishment that is part of the finished product. (I almost didn’t get to pack this project my suitcases were that full!) Obviously that embellishment is entirely optional, but it really does give the cowl a nice finished touch and a bit of whimsy. We all need a little bit of whimsy in our lives.

Once I complete the pin embellishment, I will upload some new photos.
