Who says yetis have to be scary? Friendly Yeti is soft, cuddly and, well, friendly. She is knit in the round without any seaming, then felted in a washing machine. Her body is knit with a wool yarn and an eyelash yarn held together, while her face, hands and toes are knit with 2 strands of wool yarn. Once felted, Friendly Yeti’s face and hands become fully felted and nicely formed, while her body remains soft and cuddly. Her features are detailed post-felting with simple embroidery. Her eyes can be either plastic safety eyes or embroidery (for children under 3).
