This pattern is worked top down, from the cuff to the toe. The socks are worked in colorwork pattern. The heel is shaped with german short rows.

If you’re in between sizes, size down. Other sizes can be achieved by going up or down a needle size.

Gauge:
32 sts x 34 rows = 10 x 10 cm (4 x 4 in) in colorwork pattern (see chart under “Colorwork” section) using 2,5 mm (US 1.5) needles after blocking.

Suggested Needles:
2,5 mm (US 1.5) / 23 cm (9 in) circular needles and 2,5 mm (US 1.5) / 80 cm (32 in) circular needles or 2,5 mm (US 1.5) DPNs

Yarn:
MC approx. 40g of Drops Nord (50 g = 170 m 186 yds) in darkest color
CC1 approx. 30g of Drops Nord (50 g = 170 m 186 yds) in medium color
CC2 approx. 30g of Drops Nord (50 g = 170 m 186 yds) in lightest color
Or other Fingering sock yarn.

The orange-beige sample was knitted in size 2 with Drops Nord in 11 Rust, 07 Light Beige and 01 Off White.

The blue-brown sample was knitted in size 1 with Drops Nord in 22 Chestnut, 08 Fog and 01 Off White.
