This pattern is for a fringed lace ribbon jar topper, crocheted in 3ply linen using a 2mm hook. Only a small quantity of linen is required so it’s ideal for using up leftovers.

Together with some crocheted snowflakes (pattern not included), you can make a pretty winter solistice candle holder out of an old jam jar, the instructions tell you how.

You can use any size jar, the size is easily adjusted by adding or subtracting multiples of 8 when making your foundation chain.

Love and light to all on the winter solstice!
