This pattern is perfect for beginners who know the basic crochet stitches. The pattern is written out twice depending on your skill level. The first is a quick read version with common abbreviations for each stitch. The second version is written much more detailed and includes photos for each step to help you along the way.

It will take approximately 2-3 hours to complete. For this purse I used Marvel 12ply yarn which I sourced from Spotlight, but any yarn will work fine. The safety eyes I purchased from Amazon, but they are also available in many other stores and online.

40cm 12ply Marvel yarn – Black
4mm crochet hook
2x 12mm safety eyes
Plastic sewing needle

Gauge & Finished Size
Gauge: Single crochet – 16 stitches x 17 rows per 4”
Finished Size:
Bag base only = 14cm H x 14cm W
Strap to bottom of feet = 46cm H x 28cm W
