They are meant for the frog designed by Claire Garland.

It is worked flat with 3mm (2.5 US) needles and fingering weight yarn.
You’ll also need 2mm DPNs or a 2mm crochet hook, but 2mm needles work too by sliding the stitches on your other needle.
