This is a textured small, granny square that is best done not in a cotton yarn. Cotton can be used but in my samples it showed the least amount of texture (see the grey/lime square in the photos).

The finished square is approximately 2.5-3 inches and about 15 squares can be made from one skein of the Wool of the Andes superwash yarn.
