Frostberry Sweater
Frostberry Sweater is a textured sweater featuring elegant cables and playful bobbles, creating a beautifully detailed look. It is worked top-down using double strands of alpaca wool and silk mohair, giving the fabric a soft, airy feel with lovely stitch definition.
The gauge is 17 st / 24 rows on 5 mm needles, making it easy to experiment with different yarn combinations to suit your style. With engaging stitch variation and a rhythmic flow, this project is fun to knit—challenging enough to stay interesting, yet accessible for adventurous knitters.
The construction begins with the upper back, worked flat with shoulder shaping. Each front piece is then picked up and worked separately to shape the neckline. Once all pieces are joined below the armholes, the body is worked seamlessly in the round to the desired length. Sleeves are then picked up and worked top-down, and finally, neckline stitches are picked up to complete the V-neck finish.
The pattern is written for sizes XS (S) M (L) XL.
