This pattern is an easy intermediate-level crochet dress that uses a chunky, fluffy yarn and a 6.5mm hook. The yarn I used was Cloudy Delight, from Hobbii, and is absolutely perfect for this design, as it’s warm, cosy, and very light! I do highly recommend using this yarn for the pattern, or something very similar, as it will be true to the sizing. It can be made with other yarn, of course, but keep checking the gauge throughout to make sure it fits you properly.

For some of the process pics, I used a chunky yarn so I could show the stitches better, but it was not accurate with the gauge. Just something to keep in mind!

The Frumpy Delight Dress can be made as a sweater as well, with or without the neck.
The dress is a cosy loungewear, for staying in, or something to dress up when you go out on chilly days!

Hope you enjoy the pattern!
