This pattern is part of a collection of horticultural hats that have combined my love of plants with my knitting design.
As a child, I thought Fuchsias looked like fairies or ballerinas. Now, I just love the variety of colours and shapes available.
The hat is knitted in the round, and shaped like a traditional tam. However, unblocked it works well as a slouch beanie.
I’ve used hand dyed merino sock yarn, but this could be substituted with any 4 ply
