The Fuego Cardi is an innovative knit-look project that features a saddle shoulder construction, a high neck and it’s made in one single panel.

The sleeves and front/back panel are semi-joined as you go, which means that the end result is a largely closed cardi, which requires a small amount of sewing to be completed.

As always, the pattern includes multiple photos and videos (15 to be exact!), it’s size inclusive, ideal for intermediate crocheters and written in US terms. You can also alter the body or sleeve’s length, the pattern will show you how.

SIZES

• XS: Bust sizes between 71-76cm (28-30 in). Approx. 41.5cm (16.3 in) w & 48.5cm (19 in) l.
• S: Bust sizes between 81-86cm (32-34 in). Approx. 47.5cm (18.7 in) w & 49.5cm (19.4 in) l.
• M: Bust sizes between 91.5-96.5cm (36-38 in). Approx. 52.5cm (20.6 in) w & 50.5cm (19.8 in) l.
• L: Bust sizes between 101.5-106.5cm (40-42 in). Approx. 58.5cm (23 in) w & 51.5cm (20.2 in) l.
• XL: Bust sizes between 111.5-117cm (44-46 in). Approx. 61.5cm (24.2 in) w & 51.5cm (20.2 in) l.
• 2XL: Bust sizes between 122-127cm (48-50 in). Approx. 67.5cm (26.5 in) w & 52.5cm (20.6 in) l.
• 3XL: Bust sizes between 132-137cm (52-54 in). Approx. 72.5cm (28.5 in) w & 52.5cm (20.6 in) l.
• 4XL: Bust sizes between 142-147cm (56-58 in). Approx. 77cm (30.3 in) w & 53.5cm (21 in) l.
• 5XL: Bust sizes between 152-158cm (60-62 in). Approx. 83cm (32.6 in) w & 53.5cm (21 in) l.

YARN
This cardi was made using Arcane Fibre Works Fall Foliage 8 ply, 100g (3.53 oz)/200m (218 yd), DK. 12 wraps per inch (wpi).

• Size XS: ~1100m (1202.9 yd).
• Size S: ~1150m (1257.6 yd).
• Size M: ~1250m (1367 yd).
• Size L: ~1350m (1476.3 yd).
• Size XL: ~1450m (1585.7 yd).
• Size 2XL: ~1500m (1640.4 yd).
• Size 3XL: ~1600m (1749.7 yd).
• Size 4XL: ~1700m (1859.1 yd).
• Size 5XL: ~1700m (1859.1 yd).
