Inseparable duo as this Bach’s work is…
Inspired from fish net spools on these trawlers I saw last summer in Vendée.
Very easy to knit, Toccata et Fugue are 2 different rectangular wraps to wear like a wrap, a scarf…It’s easy to adapt the number of strips, as you want !
Very different effect, depending on the yarn, on the row rotation.
Toccata is a very light and smooth one.
Fugue, denser and longer, looks like a natural cane work.
Only 2 differents rows, alternatively. The right and wrong sides have the same look.

FUGUE:
Yarn : The supportive skein : base Kindness 100 % merinos, 100 g = 400 m.
color : « La traversée du désert »
2 skeins (Set aside 10 g of yarn to work the fringes).
Needles : US 7 (4.5 mm) for the body of the wrap.
US 10 (6 mm) to bind off.
1 Crochet hook (to tie the fringes).
Tapestry needle
Gauge not important but here :
20 stitches & 24 rows.
Measurements :190 cm x 50 cm after blocking (without the fringes).
