Fun Festive Trees - Crochet Pattern

Crochet yourself a festive tree or 2 or 3. Perfect for both the holiday season and all year round decoration.
Co-ordinate them with you color scheme or be completely random. This pattern consists of 3 different sized trees which can be used in a variety of decorative ways. Make a garland, decorative tree sticks or hanging decorations. You can make a simple crochet tree, a loopy tree or a fringed tree or mix them up and make each side different. Each side could be a different color, however use the same weight of yarn as you need to sew the 2 sides together! This is a great pattern to use up all those odd balls of wool you have left over from projects. Especially as the tree shapes are small. Crochet on the go! Pop it in your bag.

Skill level: beginner - intermediate

You will need: yarn of your choice, crochet hooks, sewing needles, wooden dowels or pieces of drift wood if you can get them, glue, polyester filling, twine or string.

Optional: metallic yarn

Stitches used: chain, single crochet, loop stitch and decrease.
