Knitting gloves with fingers can be a bit of a challenge. To make it easy for you, these gloves are done in stocking stitch with a bit of garter stitch only – but nonetheless with a lot of effect due to the contrasting yarns and all the pointy bits!

The given tension will result in a circumference of 19cm. For a well fitting glove it is best to make it a little smaller than your hand circumference (maybe about 1 cm less), so that it stretches somewhat around your hand, without overstretching. You can adjust the size slightly by changing the tension, e.g. a tension of 32 sts per 10 cm will provide a circumference of about 18 cm, and 28 sts per 10 cm one of about 20 cm.

The yardage given is rounded up to full Regia yarn skeins.

This pattern provides detailed instructions with illustrations (7 pages).
It has been test knitted by several knitters.
