Vest is worked back and forth in rows. Circular needles are
used to accommodate large number of stitches. Vest body
is worked in one piece to the armholes, then divided to
complete fronts and back separately.

Hat is worked in the round. As stitches are decreased and
no longer fit on circular needles, divide them among 3
double pointed needles to complete.
