DK- and lace-weight yarn held together throughout:

Yarn A: Beau DK in color Hibernation, 415 yds / 379 m for wrap; 102 yds / 93 m for hat

Yarn B: Plume Lace in color Drift, 460 yds / 420 m for wrap; 32 yds / 29 m for hat

Yarn C: Beau DK in color Drift, 168 yds / 154 m for wrap; 129 yds / 118 m for hat

Yarn D: Plume Lace in color Hibernation, 114 yds / 104 m for wrap; 108 yds / 99 m for hat

Samples used Plucky Knitter Beau DK (60% yak, 40% cashmere; 300 yds / 274 m per 100 g) AND Plucky Knitter Plume Lace (74% baby suri alpaca, 26% silk; 328 yds / 300 m per 50 g): colors Hibernation and Drift in both yarns used for both wrap and hat

NEEDLES AND GAUGE
Needles listed are suggested. Always take time to swatch.

Wrap:
Gauge Needle: US 10.5 (6.5mm) 32” / 80 cm - 40” / 100 cm circular needle, or size needed to obtain gauge

16 sts and 20 rows = 4” / 10 cm in stockinette st with yarns held together, blocked

Hat:
Gauge Needle: US 6 (4mm) 16” / 40 cm circular needle and DPNs, or size needed to obtain gauge
Smaller Needle: US 5 (3.75mm) 16” / 40 cm circular needle, or one size smaller than gauge needle

20 sts and 24 rnds = 4” / 10 cm in stockinette stitch with yarns held together, blocked

TOOLS
