This poncho, “G & B” for garter and brioche, is something I designed based on the fact that 1) I wear my shoulder wraps (like “Cuddle Me, Brioche”, and “Shoulder Cozy”) the most, especially when traveling; 2) I like that this shape allows for at least three different ways to wear it; 3) I used yarns with linen and silk to make it a multi-season garment; and 4) garter st and brioche make it completely reversible.
Whether you stash dive and hold your yarns together or grab some of your new favorite yarn and hold one strand at a time, you can completely customize “G & B!”

I used 360g of sport weight yarn (held two together
You could use 4-10 Fingering or Sport weight yarns (held two together) or
2-10 Worsted weight yarns

Gauge:
15.5 sts and 24 rows in garter st = 4” after blocking
16 sts and 18 rows in two color brioche = 4” after blocking
Row gauge is not crucial as you will knit until you have the length that works for you and st gauge can be flexible based on your desired width. Please note that a different gauge or change is size knit may require a different amount of yarn.
