Step-by-step crochet tutorial to create Gabi, the snail (not the finished item!)

CROCHET LEVEL: beginner.
This crochet tutorial is intended for those who already know how to crochet, but only basic skills are needed: magic ring, slip stitch, single crochet, decrease, increase, work in spiral rounds and rows, half double crochet, front/back loop only.

Finished size:
The diameter of the snail is 10 cm (3.9 inches)
Approximately 14 cm (5.5 inches) tall
The length of the snail is 13 cm (5.1 inches)

Materials:
- yarn: Alize cotton gold (55% cotton, 45% acryl, 100 g / 330 m):
white - 10 g
black - 10 g
light peach - 20 g

• 2.5 mm crochet hook
• fiberfill for stuffing
• stitch markers
• sewing needle
• scissors

No wire is needed! But in case you crochet with chenille yarn, you might need wire for the eye.
