The cable effect on the body pattern is achieved with clever increases and decreases and ascends seamlessly to the rib pattern of the yoke.

Brooklyn Tweed Peerie (100% American Merino Wool; 210 yards/192 m in 1.75 oz/50 g), Thaw: 5 (6, 6, 7, 7, 8), {8, 9, 10, 10} skeins.

Needles
Size US 3/3.25 mm: 24-32”/60-80 cm circular and 16”/40 cm. (Optional: spare needles of same size).
Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain gauge.

Notions
Stitch markers, waste yarn, tapestry needle, cable needle.

Gauge
28 stitches and 36 rounds = 4”/10 cm in charted pattern or k2, p2 rib on size US 3/3.25 mm needle, after blocking.

Notes
• This top is worked from the bottom up in the round to underarms, then front and back are worked separately.
• Stitches for the sleeves are picked up around the armholes and sleeves are worked in the round from the top down.
