Yarn details

The shawl is worked in 2 sections: a parallelogram in colors A & B, turned 90 degrees and picked up to work a curl with C & D.

The parallelogram is a great opportunity to use gradient or long-repeat striping yarns. Or the whole shawl can be done in any number of yarns, striping at will.

Fingering weight yarn in four colors; amounts are generous so you will have enough.
A: 100 grams/about 400 yards/365 m
B: 50 gr/about 200 yds/183 m
C: 50 gr/about 200 yds/183 m
D: 100 gr/about 400 yds/365 m

Sample shown
A: Blue Moon Fiber Arts STR medium in Lenore (purple)
B: Blue Moon Fiber Arts STR medium Rare Gem (orange)
C: Madeline Tosh Twist Light in Neon Peach
D: Viking of Norway Mini Raggen #562 (pink/gray patterning)

The Garter Stitch Collection

Will include four wraps & shawls that feature squishy Garter Stitch in eye-catching geometric shapes. They’re simple patterns designed to let gorgeous variegated yarn do the work. Or they will work just as beautifully with solid colors.

Gamma is the second design, and Meniscus was the first. Two more will be released throughout the year, with four patterns delivered to you by June 2016.

Buy the e-book now, and patterns will be delivered to you as they are published. They will arrive as updates to your ravelry pattern library.
