I’m always happy to make Gareth a cup of tea when he’s working upstairs on his thesis, but I hate that I’m usually emptying out a mug that’s still half-full (of the tea that I had to get off of the sofa to make for him). Gareth’s picky – he likes his tea hot. So I went down the mug cosy route for the afternoon to hopefully buy his tea a little more time. Mug cosies are hardly anything new but they’re a good little project if you want to try some new stitch patterns or techniques.
