Travel with me to the City of Lunathion, otherwise known as Crescent City.  

It’s the setting of the Sarah J. Maas Crescent City book series, first named in the Kingdom of Ash book in the Throne of Glass series.
Lunathion is a magical city on the continent of Valbara, it is the only place in Midgard where humans have some freedom while living among shifters, Fae, and other magical creatures. The seven ancient Gates of Lunathion provide for mystical communication among the districts of the city.
This hat design features a repeated motif of the intricate wrought iron bars in each Laconian quartz gateway.

This hat has a relaxed fit and lots of stretch, which makes it perfect to fit over changing hairstyles from day to day, and great for gifts.

Fingering & mohair lace are held together, or you can use a single strand of light DK weight yarn.
Each hat requires less than 50 grams of fingering weight yarn and 25 grams of mohair lace,
or less than one skein of light DK weight yarn.

Finished measurements: (15, 17, 18 inches) (38, 43, 45 cm)
circumference resting and unstretched, stretches to over (19, 22, 24 inches) (48, 56, 61 cm).

Instructions are provided to shorten or lengthen brim to achive single or folded brim.
