In Season 1, during the gathering of the clans, a hunting party ventures into the woods to hunt a wild boar with Claire in tow in case of any injuries. She wears this cape to protect her shoulders from the cold.

Worked in a super-bulky warm wool roving yarn on large needles, this cape is easy and very quick to knit up, perfect for an impulsive exploration into the depths of the forest, or as a last-minute gift idea to share your love of Outlander with others.

It’s worked from the collar down in easy stockinette and seed stitch, and is fastened with a single button and crochet button loop.
