Imagine the sound of the waves crashing on the sand, the cry of the gulls overhead, and the wind in your hair. You walk along the beach, scanning the ground for any little peek of rose, cream, yellow, or gray to signal that there is a buried shell. Of course, you already have bowls of the beautiful, delicate creations at home, but you cannot resist adding one, or ten, more.
Gathering Shells is a lovely, but simple all-over lace sock with an easy-to-memorize pattern repeat and a well-fitting, top-down construction.
