Pattern Description
The Gem Box Hat is the companion to the Gem Box Cowl. Featuring cathedral-like arches soaring between stained-glass “gem boxes”, it’s an excellent choice for showcasing small skeins of luxury yarn. The slip-stitch pattern breaks up color runs, preventing pooling in hand-painted skeins. It’s a quick, engaging knit, suitable for everyone from intrepid beginners and up. There is no stranding required - the hat uses mosaic colorwork and slipped stitches to create the patterning.
