The yarn is called Gloss, the color is Tranquil and the pattern name is Gentle Breeze. Do you feel relaxed and calm? Not yet! Well an easy and fast lace pattern knit on larger needles should do it. And the lace patterns are simple to remember. 2 of them are 4 row repeats, the main pattern, a 10 row repeat.

The width can easily be adjusted by adding or deducting to the 17 stitch pattern repeat. But don’t get too relaxed, can’t have too many dull moments. The pattern, worked on both the right and wrong sides, will keep your attention, but in a very soothing way. All the stitches are pretty basic, K and P 2 together, yarn over, knit through a back loop. In the end, a very relaxing and quick project.

All you will need for this project are #7 straight knitting needles and about 600 yds. of DK weight yarn. I used Knit Picks Gloss DK, a 70% wool and 30 % silk. The silk gives the piece a great shine. Oh, please don’t forget the pattern.

So sit back, relax and have some fun with this project.
