The Geo sweater is worked top down, by casting on the stiches for the back and then working short rows to shape the back, we then work the first colourwork motif followed by stockinette after this we put the stiches on hold, we pick up stiches for the shoulders, work german short rows and increases to shape the shoulders and the neck, we eventually attach the 2 shoulders together work down and then knit in the round until the bottom of the garment, work a 1x1 rib and then cast off using italian bind off. We then pick up stiches for the neck work a 1x1 rib in the round before knitting a folded collar. We then pick up stitches for the arms, work german short rows to shape the shoulders and then knitting in the round whilst working decreases, and then finish with a 1x1 rib and cast off with Italian bind off.

This pattern includes a standard written pattern and colour work charts and a modified pattern that uses larger text so it is easier to read
