The Georgia Beanie is a top-down textured bulky weight beanie with a comfortable fit and easily adjustable length.

The top part of the hat is in 2x2 garter rib, which gives the look of ribbing without the snugness (say no to helmet hair). The brim is in 2x2 rib to achieve a neat looking fold and a better fit. Knitting top-down allows you to try on the beanie while knitting to determine how long you’d like to make it; make it a single fold, a double fold, or no fold at all. Make it yours. It also means that with a limited amount of yarn, you can just knit till your yarn runs out!
