I’m pretty big fan of a lot of late ’60s/’70s rock bands and I often thought if I can make something similar to what they wore by crocheting or knitting it. Since I’m a fan of the Beatles, I like the fashion in the documentary The Beatles: Get Back that is worn by all four members and other people who were present in those sessions in 1969. This sweater was inspired by knitwear that Ringo
Starr wore on January 6th, 1969 or Day 3 of the Get Back sessions. This is a simple drop shoulder sweater with a nice tan tone with bits of white and brown.

This pattern has sizes ranging from:

  • Small (S)
  • Medium (M)
  • Large (L)
  • Extra-Large (XL)

(check the measurements to see which size fits for you)

The gauge is 16 sts and 24 rows = 4” 10 cm with needles in stockinette stitch.

There are color charts that explain the ribbing pattern and schematics for the turtleneck and dimensions for the sweater.
