This pattern is written in US Terms

This crochet gift box is worked in a continuous round. Use a stitch marker to mark the first stitch.
“3sc” means that you put 3 single crochet into the same stitch to create a corner – in other words, you’re going to squeeze those stitches into the same “V”
* to * indicates a repeat within the pattern

Materials
Yarn: Worsted-weight cotton yarn (I’m using I Love This Cotton in Red from Hobby Lobby)
Hook: 3.5mm (I’m using Clover Amour)
Measuring Tape
Yarn Needle
Scissors
Stitch Marker (or contrasting yarn color)
