PATTERN NOTES
The bottom of this cowl has a provisional cast on and is worked flat back and forth for the charted section. The active stitches are then joined to the cast on using a 3 needle bind off and stitches are picked up from the side and joined to work in the round. The remainder of the cowl is worked in the round from the bottom up with rows of seed stitch and slipped stitches. It is finished with a knit on i-cord border.
