Gingerbread man
A written pattern to make a Gingerbread Man toy.
The legs, body and head are made in one piece to reduce the amount of sewing up.
Size
Pattern suggests using a 4ply cotton yarn and a 3.0mm hook to make a toy approximately 15cm tall.
You can substitute any yarn, just be sure to use a corresponding hook size and be aware that using a different yarn/hook size will result in a final toy of a different size.
Gauge
The exact tension or gauge is not important as long as your work is not too loose for the stuffing. Go down a hook size if necessary.
Materials
1 x 50g ball of 4ply cotton yarn in light brown
small amount of white yarn
scraps of black for eyes and different colours for buttons
toy stuffing
