Make this adorable gingerbread man bookmark using scrap amounts of yarn! He’s much more stable than Gingy from Shrek.

Following the pattern exactly will get you a bookmark about 7” long and 1.75” wide at the body with an armspan of 3.75”. You can easily make the bookmark longer by adding more rows of hdc to the body, or make it larger overall by using a heavier weight yarn and a bigger hook.

Yarn used is PlainJane Cotton sport. You will need approximately 5 yards of brown; 1 yard of white; and less than a yard each of red, black, and/or your detail color/s of choice.
