 This mittens are primarily colorwork stockinette stitch with a ribbed wrist band done in the round using the magic loop method.

These mittens gender neutral and warm and cozy for cold winter months.


PATTERN INFORMATION:

Available Sizes: Infant, 12 mo, 2 years, 4 years, 6 years
Construction: Knitted in the round using magic loop.

Yarn: Fingering/Sock Weight

Tension: 32 stitches x 33 rows = 10cm / 4” in stockinette stitch with 2.50mm needles. 

Yardage: approx. 60-200 yards background color, 30-100 yards contrast color depending on size.

2.50mm circular needles 36”
2.00 mm circular needles 36”
Necessary skills: Knit, Purl, simple increases and decreases, knitting in the round, picking up stitches, cast off in pattern, color work knitting.
