This pattern uses single crochet and front post treble crochet to create an unexpected twist on traditional gingham blankets. Do not let the look of the “squares” fool you, this gingham blanket is made in one solid piece!

Materials Used:
MC (main color) = Red Heart With Love in Waterlily (3 skeins)
CA (color A) = Red Heart With Love in Lilac (2 skeins)
CB (color B) = Red Heart With Love in Iced Aqua (2 skeins)
Partial skein Red Heart With Love in Tan (optional – this is only used in the fringe on the border)
Size K/10 1/2 – 6.50 mm hook
Tapestry needle for weaving in ends
