The wonderful little Ginny Romper has all the frills you have been dreaming about. The easy to follow pattern will be so fast and easy for you to make. The romper is constructed by starting with the ribbed waistband. The single crochet ribbed waistband must have a negative ease of up to 7 inches to ensure a snug fit. After the waistband is stitched you will make the bloomer bottoms followed by a front and back panel for easy diaper changing. An adorable ruffle is added to each leg hole. Next a bib is stitched directly onto the waistband, followed by a ruffle on either side of the bib. Lastly the straps are constructed. Remember that the straps will be crossed in the back. Follow the instructions carefully to ensure the strap ruffles are stitched on the correct side of the strap.
