If you do not have the brand of yarn specified, to fit the teething ring size specified, you must use a thin variety of DK or average 4ply yarn.

This pattern is free to view on my blog. A PDF version is available at a small cost which contains photo instructions of how to attach the head to the ring.

You will need:

• Yarn needle
• Soft toy filling
• 6mm safety eyes
• 3mm crochet hook
• 24mm rattle ball
• 55mm teething ring
• Black 4ply yarn (for mouth)
• DK Yarn – Approx. 40m (note that these brands are a thinner DK yarn. 4ply maybe more suitable) -Baby Joy DY Choice DK – Sunrise (yellow), Wendy Peter Pan DK – Cream, Wendy Peter Pan DK – Brown

Stitches and abbreviations used:

• MR - Magic circle/ring (sc unless otherwise specified)
• Ch - Chain
• SC - Single crochet
• Inc - Increase stitch (2 single crochets into one stitch)
• Dec - Decrease stitch (single crochet 2 stitches together)
• FLO - Front Loop Only
• BLO - Back Loop Only
• ST - Stitch
• SLST - Slip stitch
• R - Round or Row
• FO - Finish Off
