Girlfriend Socks
Hello knitters! I’m Cleo, and I’m so excited to share my sock design, the “Girlfriend Socks,” with you! This pattern is crafted specifically with beginners in mind, gently introducing you to each technique as you knit a comfortable, top-down sock.
You’ll begin with the cuff, starting with a Cast On, then working a Rolled Hem for a subtle curl, and finishing with a stretchy Ribbed Cuff. As you progress, you’ll knit the leg of the sock, incorporating simple stripes. The pattern then guides you through the classic Heel Flap and Gusset method, concluding with clear instructions for toe decreases and a seamless Kitchener Stitch finish.
To make your knitting journey even smoother, a corresponding video tutorial is available to guide you visually through the more involved steps.
Enjoy knitting your Girlfriend Socks! If you have any questions along the way, please don’t hesitate to email me at stitchedbycleo@gmail.com.
