Gitter is a men’s sweater/pullover worked from the bottom edge and up with a 2-colored pattern on the yoke. Gitter is a Danish word for ‘grid’, This sweater has a raglan yoke and sleeve construction. The body and sleeves are worked in stockinette stitch with traditional rib edges.

The pattern is made for at yarn with a yardage of approximately 90 meters per 50 grams (gauge: 18 stitches per 10 centimeters).

This pattern includes directions for knitting a size S, M, L, XL, XXL and XXXL with chest width 107 (113, 122, 130, 137, 147) centimeters and a length of 65 (68, 70, 72, 75, 77) centimeters.

This pattern is written for a knitter who is familiar with 2-color stranded knitting (worked in the round), a knitter who is able to follow charts as well as written instructions and work increases, decreases and pick up stitches. (Directions is a combination of charts and text).

Materials: yarn, knitting needles and stitch markers.
