This hat was designed during a period of charity knitting this fall. There is a 6 stitch repeat over 6 rows which will create enough interest if you are making multiple hats. The size can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the number of stitches cast on in increments of 6.

The pattern allows for striping by changing the yarn every 6 rows.

The charity hats were made using Aran Weight Acrylic Yarns. Acrylic Yarns are the yarn of choice for most charitable organizations.

Variegated yarns can be used but the pattern will not be as visible.
