Get ready to hit the beach and ride the waves with this happy little camper van with flower power decorations.

Designed by Amanda Berry @fluffandfuzz, the van is knitted in acrylic DK yarns on single pointed needles (not in the round). A crochet hook is used to crochet single chains for the surfboard roof straps. The colour-work is knitted stripes, and the details such as flowers and window struts are embroidered after knitting.

NEEDLES
A pair of 3mm single pointed knitting needles (US 2.5).

RECOMMENDED YARN
Stylecraft Special Double Knit; double knitting/light worsted weight; 100% acrylic; less than a 100g/295m skein in each shade.


NOTIONS
Tapestry needle, toy filling, stitch markers, and buttons for eyes/headlights.

One size only - 13cm tall x 14cm wide.
