Glenarden
by Felicia Kulp
Glenarden is a city in Prince George’s County, Maryland, just east of Washington, D.C.
The hat and accompanying cowl feature two types of cables, including two different sizes of honeycomb cables, and slipped stitch bands. Both patterns are included in a single download.
Customize the ribbing to be any length you want. The pattern yardage works for a hat or for an ~8” wide cowl with ~1” of ribbing on either edge.
Each piece uses approximately 200 yards of yarn. If making the set, you’ll need approximately 400 yards of yarn.
Suggested yarn:
The Fiberists
Newton Worsted
Colorway: Aquamarine
or
Collins Worsted
Colorway: Smokey Quartz
